Rockland’s Emergency Warming Center at the Flanagan Community Center (Rec Center), at 61 Limerock Street in Rockland, will be open overnight from 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3 until 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 4. We will re-evaluate whether to operate throughout the daytime hours on Thursday and/or Friday as the storm approaches.
