    Below are a list of business financing partners that the City of Rockland works with. Not sure where to start with your financing? Talk to us today to discuss your options and business incentives that may be available to you.

    • The City of Rockland administers a regional micro loan program that is designed to assist small businesses.  Information on the Knox County Micro-Loan program can be found here:
    • The City partners with the Midcoast Economic Development District (MCEDD) who provides a number of different financing programs for businesses who either cannot access traditional financing or need gap financing to startup or expand their business.  Contact MCEDD for more details on their financing programs here:  http://mceddme.org/.
    • The Small Business Administration also provides a number of financing programs for small businesses across the state: https://www.sba.gov/offices/district/me/augusta
