In this 30-minute workshop, we will explore four practical ways to improve our physical and mental health while working from home. With the right habits, you can enhance your productivity and overall wellbeing. Course is taught by Vikki Webster.
This program is part of our new series of social hours for remote workers. Following the presentation will be time to socialize with other remote workers in your community. Refreshments provided.
