A comprehensive webpage for a better understanding of the 2025 Rockland revaluation
The City of Rockland has contracted with Vision Government Solutions to provide revaluation services for the assessment date of April 1, 2025. The project began in September 2023 and will extend to August 2025.
The Revaluation process includes data collection, market analysis, table updates, notices to property owners for the new assessment, informal hearings, commitment of taxes, and mailing of tax bills.

Income and Expense Questionnaires Sent to all the Commercial and Industrial properties
The City and Vision Government Solutions have sent Income and Expense Questionnaires to all the Commercial and Industrial properties in the City to assist with the 2025 Revaluation Project. If you need more information, please scan the QR code on the letter or you can reach out to the City Assessor with any questions.

Your property card is a document that provides information about your property’s ownership history, parcel and building size, current and previous assessments, property tax exemptions, and more. Property cards are publicly available, and can be found by searching for a property address in the City’s Property and Zoning Database.
