  • One Caturday in Meowvember

    Meow!

Co-sponsored with the Pope Humane Society of Knox County. Celebrate all things feline during Caturday! The festivities will start off with a very meowy storytime with Ms. Jean and Patty at 10 AM and then at 10:30, cat lovers of all ages are invited to head to the Community Room to create cat bookmarks and also cat toys made from paper towel rolls, ribbon, and t-shirts. At 11:30, Casey from the Humane Society will present an informative talk about cat health and etiquette, Knox County Cat facts, and more. Join us for one or all of the events. Of course, throughout the day, we’ll also get a chance to meet some new furry friends from the Humane Society. Throughout the month of Meowvember, you’re invited to bring in donations for the Humane Society, check out special displays and add your cat photos or art to the Cat-er-wall.
