8.23.23 The recycle hopper and residential hopper have changed. They are clearly marked and any questions please see attendant.
On July 1, 2022 Transfer Station permits are increasing. $145.00 for a Resident Permit and $20.00 for a Second Sticker.
AS OF MAY 1ST, 2023 CITY HALL HOURS WILL CHANGE TO 7:30 AM TO 5:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, AND 7:30 AM TO NOON ON FRIDAY.
As of February 17th 2024 the Rockland transfer station will no longer accept ash from wood stoves, fire pits or any type of burning.

  • NDEC Tech Class: Videoconferencing with Healthcare Providers, Family, & Friends

    Registration is required. There are several options for speaking face to face with family, friends or coworkers over a device connected to the internet. In this class we will look at some of the most popular options out there
    including Zoom with a short tutorial on navigating the Zoom room. No devices are required; just bring yourself.

    This class is presented by the National Digital Equity Center and facilitated by Rockland Library staff.
