If you are a local business with signs posted on City Property (hiring, "we're open," etc.); please be aware they are prohibited by local ordinance and have been removed. Collected signs may be picked up at City Hall. Thank you.
On July 1, 2022 Transfer Station permits are increasing. $145.00 for a Resident Permit and $20.00 for a Second Sticker.

  • Haunted: An Evening of Stories, Poetry & More- A Virtual Storytime for Adults & Teens

    Join librarians Jessie Blanchard & Patty King and friends via Zoom on Thursday, October 15 at 6:30 PM for an evening of spooky and strange stories. Teenagers and adults are invited share a 5-10 minute story about a spooky, supernatural or otherworldly experience, either lived or imagined. Blanchard and King will present readings from classic and modern tales of horror.

    To sign up to share a story or to request a Zoom Link to attend, contact King at pking@rocklandmaine.gov. This event is intended for adults and teens as content may not be child-friendly.
