  • Book Discussion: Maus- A Survivor’s Tale

Winner of the 1992 Pulitzer Prize, Maus is the true story of author Art Spiegelman’s dad, Vladek, a Holocaust survivor, as well as his own relationship with his tortured father. Told in graphic novel format, this book continues to captivate and illuminate, as well as remain controversial, and is often challenged as required reading. Join librarian Jessie Blanchard in a discussion of this important work during our special Banned Books Week event.

Email Jessie at jblanchard@rocklandmaine.gov or call 207-594-0310 to sign up and borrow a copy of the book.
