Bay Winds North Wind Ensemble, based in Rockland, is a community band comprised of musicians ranging from high school age to retirees from Midcoast Maine. Now in its 10th year, the ensemble performs concerts throughout the year, including the annual R.B. Hall Festival, and participates in parades during the summer. The musical director is Marlene Hall. Bring a chair or picnic blanket from home and come experience a musical gem of the Midcoast!
