Request for Proposal
Project: Documents Review and Update
Submittal Deadline: February 22, 2019, at 2:00 pm
The City of Rockland is requesting proposals to review and update the following documents:
- Sewer Use Ordinance
- Pollution Control Department Local Limits
- Pollution Control Department Industrial Pretreatment Program Enforcement Response Plan
Proposal must include:
- Method used for determining or estimating cost
- Estimated time of project completion
Qualifications and requirements:
Agency or entity must have knowledge and experience regarding: (a) sewer use ordinance, (b) sewer utility regulations, (c) rate regulations, (d) environmental regulations and compliance, (e) wastewater industrial pretreatment programs, and (f) a legal background. Agency or entity shall be fully insured.
This request for proposal is open from February 1st, 2019 to February 22nd, 2019. Proposals must be in by 2:00 pm on Friday, February 22nd, 2019. For details contact Yarissa Ortiz-Vidal at 594-0324 ext. 2 or email yortizvidal@rocklandmaine.gov. Please submit proposals to:
