ORDER  Authorizing Grant Application and Acceptance – EDA Grant

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:

THAT, the City Council authorizes the City Manager to apply to the Department of Agriculture, for a EA/REDA Grant to be used to provide renewable energy technical assistance to small businesses in Rockland; and

THAT, in the event the City is awarded the grant, the City Manager is authorized to execute any such contracts or instruments as may reasonably be required to effectuate the purposes of this Order.
