At the November 18 Rockland City Council meeting, Penelope York was elected Mayor of Rockland for the next 12-month term. She succeeds Nicole Kalloch who served as Mayor for the past 12 months.
At the same meeting, Nicole Kalloch was sworn in for another 3-year term as a member of the Rockland City Council.
