8.23.23 The recycle hopper and residential hopper have changed. They are clearly marked and any questions please see attendant.
On July 1, 2022 Transfer Station permits are increasing. $145.00 for a Resident Permit and $20.00 for a Second Sticker.
AS OF MAY 1ST, 2023 CITY HALL HOURS WILL CHANGE TO 7:30 AM TO 5:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, AND 7:30 AM TO NOON ON FRIDAY.
As of February 17th 2024 the Rockland transfer station will no longer accept ash from wood stoves, fire pits or any type of burning.

    Part of “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Rethink Week”, Sept. 17-21st, a collaborative effort initiated by the Co-op, Rockland Public Library and concerned community members.

    Join Community Artist Alexis Iammarino and young mentor artists to create small sculptures, wall hangings and a variety of wearables created from salvaged and recycle materials.
