Old Business: Continue the review of an application and Site Plan (PB24-7) submitted by Sally Levi for a snack shack “Newty’s” located at 84 Crescent St. The project consists of turning an existing 325 square foot structure (239 square foot enclosed, 86 square foot covered porch) in to an ice cream stand. There will be a new free standing 40 square foot structure for a staff toilet. The access to the ice cream stand will be via the Harbor Trail. This proposed project is following a recent Council zoning Amendment to allow Mixed Use Development-Marine in the WF-1 Zone(Tax Map # 7-C-2) –PUBLIC HEARING-
