Jessie & Patty will lead a workshop for all ages to create masks & noisemakers for the Mardi-Gras style parade at Rockland FrostFest (Saturday, February 15 at 11 AM). They hope that participants will join them at both the workshop and the parade, but it is not required. All supplies are provided.
