10. | Weatherize / Electrify Rockland A. Sponsor Informational Talks: Eff. Maine has prepared PPT presentation and people willing to do talks that explain rebates and services related to weatherization and heat pumps. Interest? B. Consider possibility of grant or municipal/grant sponsorship of $100 to make $1.000 weatherization for $130K residences “free”. This was done in Rockland a number of years ago, sponsored by Larry Prichard. C. Rockland schools considering solar panels and electric school bus. D. Are there electricity needs in the community that could be supplied by a municipal solar farm? | 10-15 min. |
