The City of Rockland is implementing resident and employee parking in the Thorndike and Winter Street parking lots. These lots will be changing from all-day parking to 2-hour parking and eventually metered parking. Resident parking permits will allow those that live in the downtown to park 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Overnight parking will no longer be allowed in these lots unless you have a resident parking sticker.
Stickers are available for purchase at City Hall.
