- Zoning related to Community Benefit/Distribution stipulation Standard Solar Development: No Community Benefit related to distribution is stipulated related to distribution, Rockland residents may have access to 15% discount, but not preferentially.

- Community Owned Solar, “Ownership shares model”: Ownership shares are bought by citizens or the Municipality leading to “cost of production” price for power after investment is paid off. Share purchased by the City (Municipal shares) may be distributed to municipal entities, such as school electric bills or to certain sectors of the population within the City, such as the electric bill for Main St. businesses, Non profit groups, low income residences.
