Everyday Stretch with Patti Luchetti
Led by Patti Luchetti, this class will begin with balance exercises, include a full body stretch and end with relaxation. We’ll be using a carpeted space and make full use of chairs. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing or gym wear.
This class is a 5 week series, no sign-up necessary; all levels welcome. FREE & OPEN to the public. Those who are new to a movement program or those who seek to regain past abilities are especially encouraged to attend.
Patti Luchetti has studied Modern and ethnic dance forms for 25+ years and is currently a student of yoga and enjoys the practice of Tai Chi. She is director of Shalimar’s Studio of Oriental Dance in Rockland.
