A comprehensive webpage for a better understanding of the 2025 Rockland revaluation
The City of Rockland has contracted with Vision Government Solutions to provide revaluation services for the assessment date of April 1, 2025. The project began in September 2023 and will extend to August 2025.
The Revaluation process includes data collection, market analysis, table updates, notices to property owners for the new assessment, informal hearings, commitment of taxes, and mailing of tax bills.

Current Phase of Data Collection
Call-Back Letters: Group 1
If the Data Collector was unable to make contact with you at your property, you will be receiving a letter in the mail requesting you to call and schedule an appointment.
The letters are being sent out to this group on November 26, 2024, and the first date of appointments is December 9.
There will be a 10-day period to call to schedule appointments so please do not delay scheduling.
