Agenda for 4/29 Rockland Wayfinding Advisory Committee Meeting (1.5 hrs. max):

• 30 minutes: Recap of priority destinations to include on vehicular directional signs and pedestrian directional signs and review of walking map
• 30 minutes: Review current Rockland branding/identity and discuss potential ideas for identity/icon for wayfinding signage
• 15 minutes: Review/discuss potential character of signage structures (modern vs. historic)

Goals of the meeting:

• Confirm priority destinations to include on vehicular directional signs and pedestrian directional signs + kiosk (next step: develop preliminary wayfinding map w/ proposed sign locations, keyed to sign schedule w/ proposed sign content)
• Decide on the type of image that best represents Rockland’s identity (next step: prepare identity design options)
• Decide on desired character for signage structures (related to city identity)
