Tech Class: Using Software & Devices for Better Health
In this class, we will explore apps, software and devices that help promote and maintain exercise and diet, monitoring blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, medication reminders, using FitBits, Apple Watch, etc., and connecting with Bluetooth. No device needed.
This class is presented by the National Digital Equity Center and is taught by Vanessa Olson,
